- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have NEVER had a problem with them servicing my loan. My interest rate was a little high but my credit wasn't perfect five years ago. They allowed me to do a seven year loan so the payment was more than affordable. For five years I have always paid on time through the web site and haven't had a need to contact them. So there has been NO PROBLEM. Hey folks, PAY YOUR BILL! I'm sure if your loan is current you wouldn't have such crappy experience.By Nicholas Renzi, August 28, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst auto loan to have, customer service transfers you to a dept that is closed. I am an authorized person to receive info on the loan and the acct holder has faxed numerous letters given me permission. Cant get automated info. No surprise they are in the news. They don't have proper people to run the payment process or nor do their resources have proper procedures to let u know what balance is due etc. Extraordinarily terrible experience with Wells Fargo dealer services.
